Dress Insurance

Accidents happen! which is why we offer dress insurance.


We offer dress insurance coverage at $10 per item hired. This fee is charged separately for each item in your booking. For example, if you hire three dresses, the total insurance charge will be $30.


Our dress protection gives you peace of mind when wearing your rental that you will be covered for up to $200 of seamstress repairs and specialist cleaning costs.


Despite this, please be considerate with our rentals and treat them as your own, as other customers are still wanting to wear this dress after you.


Please refer to section 23 of our rental agreement for our full terms & conditions regarding dress insurance.

Try ons for the first two weeks of 2026 have now been uploaded.

PLEASE NOTE: we will never have full availability as garments are constantly coming in and out. If there is a specific dress that you are hoping to try on, please contact us prior to booking a slot so we can give you an indication of whether it will be here or not

  • We offer try ons at our residential address in St Albans, Christchurch (you will receive our full address via email once your booking is confirmed. If you have not received it, please check your junk/spam folder)
  • The cost you pay is redeemable - after your try on, you will be sent an email with your code. Please note, this code will expire in 24 hours from the time of your booking
  • We do not provide refunds if you are unable to make your booking
  • If you have not received your booking confirmation or follow up email with your try on code, please check your junk/spam box
  • Please note, that a lot of our dresses are booked as weekend rentals, so there will be less dresses available to try on towards the end of the week

Try On Guidelines

  • A maximum of 3 people are allowed per try on
  • Please no bags inside the try on room
  • Please attend without makeup and fresh fake tan
  • Please arrive at your specific time. Try ons are booked back-to-back so we are unable to let you in any sooner

Care

Please be extra cautious when wearing our garments and treat them as your own.

We do not recommend using fashion tape as this can cause permanent markings to our garments. Instead, we recommend using BODIBOND adhesive glue - you can purchase this here.

Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean the garment yourself as some of our items are delicate and require special dry cleaning/hand washing.

Try Ons

Try ons are available in St Albans, Christchurch - book a try on slot

Unfortunately we are not currently offering postal try ons however, you may rent via standard booking and write 'TRY ON' in your checkout notes. If you later wish to book the same garment again for your event, we offer 25% off the second booking of the same garment. Please email us with your first order number to set this up.
Dress return

Postal orders are due back by 4pm, on the next business day after your event.

Pick-up orders are due back by 7pm, on the next calendar day after your event.
