Accidents happen! which is why we offer dress insurance.

We offer dress insurance coverage at $10 per item hired. This fee is charged separately for each item in your booking. For example, if you hire three dresses, the total insurance charge will be $30.

Our $10 dress protection covers you for up to $200 of damage to your rental. 

Our dress protection gives you peace of mind when wearing your rental that you will be covered for up to $200 of seamstress repairs and specialist cleaning costs. This includes small rips, zip replacements, minor pilling and dry cleaning costs. Despite this, please be considerate with our rentals and treat them as your own, as other customers are still wanting to wear this dress after you.

Our dress insurance does not cover:

• If a garment is returned and deemed not rentable due to excessive staining and/or damage
• Loss of item, theft or late returns
• Loss of income for future rentals

T&C's:

Full replacement cost is required should we deem a garment irreparable or lost. Further details on this can be found in section 4 of our general terms & conditions.

Any damage to our items WITHOUT our dress protection will be charged the cost to repair the minor damage OR the full RRP for the dress if the dress is deemed not rentable due to excessive staining and/or damage.
